I love Craigslist!! Not only did I find my Tahoe on there, I just picked up this 01-02 Escalade cluster for $100 today. Everything works and it is in nice shape, great deal! Going to look nice in the Hoe. Going to do the LED upgrade before I install it.

What companies have overlays for this 01-02 cluster....may change the look, not sure. Please give me some suggestions and post some pis of what you have. Thanks!

Rich

Is that a state-by-state thing then or maybe depend on year of vehicle? The reason I ask is that I put a completely new set of gauges when building my '77 and it started at 0 miles when I put it in. Could be a different case as it's titled as mileage unknown due to mechanical limits of the original cluster but thought I'd ask cuz I've never heard of this law before...

I don't know if it is the same... but when I swapped a 10k odom out of a Sunfire into my Cavi with 135k miles everything syncronized itself. I believe mileage is stored in the computer.
