Greetings from Chattanooga, TN, to my fellow Tahoe fans!
I was hoping one of you guys can offer some advice on a problem I encountered while removing my gas tank. I noticed the nylon section of fuel hose from the pump to the fuel filter got bent and kinked when I dropped the tank to replace the pump. It isn't completely collapsed, but the diameter is now somewhat restricted. Should I:
1. Replace the line?
2. See if there is a repair kit?(and if so, please offer a link to it)
3. Just leave it be and hope the restriction doesn't affect performance?
I'm hoping this is a common enough problem that someone has encountered it before and can offer some input.
Thanks in advance for your help, and Semper Fidelis!

Your local parts stores have repair kits for this. Check with whoever you do business with. Or you can buy the complete line at ebay, Amazon or dealer. Can also look it up on Rock Auto.

My pleasure. When you do that much work to get where you are at now don't just rig it and go back together, fix it right the first time. Fuel leaks are DANGEROUS! Good luck.
