I replaced my wiper with Rain-x Latitude wipers about 3 to maybe 4 months ago and they have already crapped out on me. They were not used much and my Tahoe usually sits in the garage out of the elements. I recently turned them on and noticed water being left behind on the drivers side. Then came a screech sound as it went across the windshild. The wiper has a plastic seam which had broke. After removing the passenger side to inspect it was also cracking along the seam in about 3 different places. This could be a safety issue if it is raining and your expensive wipers don't do what they are suppose to. I paid a lil under 40 for these things and I would have been better off with some cheap crap. Shell Co. said they would reinburst me but could take 4 to 6 weeks. I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with their wiper blades?

It's been about 3 months since I've had mine, so far so good.

Well just letting you guys know if you have them check them before you get caught up in bad weather and they fall apart.

I replace mine in late september every year and I always use bosch. Never had any problems. It rains a ton here but in my experience sun is a lot harder on blades than lots of rain...only thing worse is ice.

I had my latitudes for over a year and they still worked great. Just replaced them about a month ago. Only reason I replaced them was because I found a sale on a new set of latitudes for $10 a piece.

I put bosh on my yukon and actually went with the lattitues on the silverado. I put them on when I bought it last year, they still work great. Its just annoying that the passengerside is just a hair to long and it sorta bumps the plastic piece when its all the way down.

I used the rain x in the past and always ended up replacing right before winter every year. Bought the Bosche and never looked back, I have had them on since Feb 08 and still going strong,
