Windshield might not be sealed all the way. I have that problem with my '04 Impala. Other than that, look anywhere there is a hose or duct in the area that goes thru the firewall.

Check where your blower motor mounts to bring in the outside air, usually there is a seal there that goes bad after a decade or so

Mine does it too. It took me about 2 years to figure out that it started happening when SafeLite replaced my glass. When it's been raining and I cut on my AC i can hear the blower wheel throwing drops of water around. I have cleaned out the blower box and the drain tube is not clogged. Where exactly is this seal you speak of?

had to do some wiper motor work yesterday and had the cowl off. i had a good look around and put a garde hose on all throughout that cavity. i replicated the leak.. i do suspect its what donnie said behind the blower box. the water was draining properly at the rear side of the fenders , so i know nothing was plugged with debris. now i just have to take the time to pull all that junk out to take a look. my question is, is there a replacement seal? or should i use silicone or weatherstrip etc etc?
