Roof rack noise, to be expected. I would move them until you need them. Not that big a deal at all.

Power down noise, is it annoying? What does it sound like? I'm sure this can be fixed with some patience.

I think you are lucky you got a new truck and it sounds like you are getting taken care of. Just be patient.
