My driver seat is taking a toll lately from daily use. There are some cracks/small tears in the side of the seat. And the seat area is showing signs of future cracking. What should I do? Is there a good leather repair kit out there? My uncle used something on his lazy boy that sealed the rip and you could barely tell it was there. Any advice?

Check eBay, you can sometimes pick up new bottom leather seat replacements for $20-35 shipped...its a hit/miss tho

Thanks! didnt even think of that. So you just pull the old stuff off and put the new on? How hard is that, if you know.
