Okay, nube here with 1st post. Just bought an 03' Denali and bought/installed these LED lights:

http://www.k2motor.com/00-01-02-03-04-05-06-tahoe-denali-led-tail-lights-red-tm.html

I just noticed today that my cruise control wasn't working (when it had just before I installed these lights), so started reading up on the threads here and doing trouble-shooting. Already checked my fuses and found one burned out, but that did not fix the C.C.

My brake lights and turn signals work fine (including 3rd light) but not sure if they're flashing fast or not when the turn signal is on.

I contacted the live tech support for this company and they confirmed that these LED lights do NOT have equalizers. So....

Found these that can be purchased at my local parts stores:

Here's my question. The marker and turn signal harnesses both have their respective plug-ins and when the lights are turned on BOTH are acting as marker lights... BOTH are lighting up when the brake is applied... and BOTH are flashing when the turn signal is on. So do both harnesses need equalizers (two per side)?... or just the turn signal harness? I'm confused.

Got it figured out.

For anyone else that needs to use equalizers in the future, they go on the brake light harness (3 wires - Black, Brown, Blue) and attach between the Black (ground) and the Blue (brake). The Brown wire is for the marker light.

Fixed my cruise control and fast flash without a hitch.

BTW - FYI, in my area I was only able to find the Jam Strait Equalizers at one store and that was Autozone. Advance and O'Reilly's didn't seem to have a clue what they were.

Hope this is helpful to somebody.
