LED Replacment bulbs????

Hey I would like to swap out as many bulbs possible for LED bulbs can you guys tell me what sizes I would need along with do I need to put resistors or not? I checked the sylvania site and the bulb # the give are not all known by other companies so I figured if you all have done this upgrade you will know bulb #'s
