Hello everyone, was a member a few years ago, got a new Yukon, and I'm back. 2011 XL. Got some LED tail lights and ends plug directly into the sockets where the bulbs are supposed to go. The only problem is that the connectors are to thin, and don't contact nor stay in place to illuminate the bulbs. Trying to see if I can either:

1.) Hardwire them directly suing some splicing

2.) Widen the connects on the tail lights themselves, or compress the sockets of the wire harness

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
