fairly positive that shocks cannot affect ride height unless it adjustable like the belltech struts(dont get them just a reference)

Are you trying to lift the front or the rear?. The 5100 series is just a heavier duty shock, but as far as I know, doesn't change overall size/length of the shock. They might lift the rear a small amount if you get a slightly larger one than stock, but you would have to get the adjustable version to lift the front anymore.

The 5100 shocks will lift the front end up to 1.75" on top of the 2.5" you got from the CCM level adapter.
Reason being that the 5100 front shock makes the actual strut 1.75" taller taller than the factory assembly, while the CCM adapter just increases the space between the strut top perch and the frame mount (which then lifts it).
The only issue you will have after that is with alignment. Maybe an alignment kit would solve that but I doubt it. 4.25" of strut alteration would lead to either a lot of negative camber (on lowered cars), or positive camber (on lifted cars).

As for the rear, the shocks will make no height difference unless they are air shocks as mentioned above.

Yeah only adjustable on the front struts up to 2.5" using a snap ring. IMO that would not be a good setup using the CCM and Bilstein together to lift the front.
