Leveling an Escalade - same as Denali?

I sold my '07 Denali AWD and picked up a low mileage '07 Escalade AWD. Are the front suspensions the exact same? I assume they are. I'm looking to add a 1.5" or 2" lower spacer to get it near level. Curious if others have done this and if there are any issues? I noticed some kind of wires running into the top of the front shocks and for the life of me can't remember if my Denali had this or if it is an Escalade upgrade??

It's the same. They both have autoride
