i was wondering if i could get some thoughts on this , i have a 2001 chevy tahoe, i would love a suspension lift but i don't have that kind of money i was considering puting a 2.5inch leveling kit with a 3inch body lift with 33s it will rarely ever see off road but i don't want to have problems after doing that, does this seem like a good idea? do you think it will give it a good stance?

With a 3 inch body lift and then a 2.5 leveling kit and 2 inch spacers in the rear you should be able to fit 35's. 33's will look to small in the case of a body lift.

Personally, I would go with a set of leveling keys and .75 spacers in the rear and get you come 33's. Will look perfect.

As for the size tire, I would go with a 285/75/16. Tires, Look into BFG AT KO's, BFG KM2's, Nitto Terra Grapplers.
