license plate bulb fuse?

i have 2015 suburban and i recently swapped license plate bulbs to led bulbs and after some time both bulbs went out togteher. swapped back to oem bulbs and they wont work now. please help me with the location of fuse or whatever could be the case here. thanks geniuses.

I am not familiar enough with the vehicles yet but a quick search of the owners manual shows: https://www.chevrolet.com/content/d...nd_Videos/02_pdf/2015-tahoe-owners-manual.pdf

Start at page 388 for the lift gate fuses and modules (located left side of vehicle inside the rear hatch).

If that doesn't do it, you've got fuses on both left/right side of the dash board above the kick plates.

Start at page 380 and read; unless I missed it, I don't see a license plate only fuse?
