For me, I'm 2wd and I'm piecing together a lift with spindles, keys, 5100s, coil spacer, z71 coil

I'm replacing essentially my whole front suspension with moog parts plus a bit of drivetrain/trans help

Tie rod ends, uca, idler arm, idler arm bracket, pitman arm, cognito front sway bar links and jeep rear sway bar links, 4.11 gears, corvette servo, and trans cooler.

I may end up getting a sphon pan hard as well if I need it

Generally you don't have to do any mods before installing a suspension lift. Just decide on how many inches of lift you want for your ride.
