Okay so after reading up a little more I want to be sure I won't need anything else for my lift.

It's a 1999 4-door 2wd

I ordered a eBay "lift kit". It is a 3" block kit for the rear, and a 4" lift spindle. I got 1" lift shackles and I want to add a 2.5" coil spacer to have a total lift of.
Front - 6"~
Back - 4"~

Which should sag a little big in the rear because of what's going in the trunk ;)

Is there anything else I will need right off the bat? I know I will need lift shocks but those will have to wait till after our next car show unless I just run across some un-known monies.

Also, my wheel setup is 22x11 XD Monsters that are flat black and will eventually get powdered gloss black. Tire size, I can't remember what they are off the top of my head.

longer brake lines, possibly new bushings for the shackles and sway bars, longer sway bar links, setup driveshaft angle, full suspension alignment, shocks,

I haven't done a 2wd lift before, but if I did I would be looking at doing those. Might be a good time to upgrade the brakes or replace them. Replace worn out balljoints, control arm bushings, bumpstops, etc. That way the truck will be like new when you finish the lift.

Do you have all the tools necessary?

Shackle and sway bar bushings are all in good shape. I planned on getting longer sway bar links anyway, about how long should I get?

Pinion angle shouldn't be too bad to set since it's still stock other than the blocks.
Brakes are OK still.

Can I get away with stock shocks for a week or so?

Also, is it just the front brake lines?

you won't / shouldn't drive until teh longer shocks are on as the stock length will no longer work at all.

I wish I knew you were looking for a lift kit.

I have a used Fabtech 7.5 lift kit for a 2wd that I NEED to get rid of and I'm in Louisiana.

The shackle is going to mess up the pinion angle.

Not sure about the sway bar links. Does the kit use stock ones? You'll have to measure when you get it.

You should be fine without shocks for a few days. Just be gentle with the driving.

I may still be interested. PM me a price!

So don't run the shackle? Should I run a 4" block then?

Not sure if it does or not. I would think it did because its only spindles

I'm really only driving with the stocks to one show then ordering the next monday.

Shackles are fine they just slightly adjust the pinion angle, possibly enough to cause a vibration. 4" block is fine too, but if you are ******* the truck the added leverage of a block can cause axle wrap and worn out/broken leaf springs.
