Has anyone lifter their 2500 Yukon? I want to do a small lift, 3" or 4" max. I am not finding very much for options other than a leveling kit. Anyone have suggestions and some pictures?
Thanks

07 K2500 suburban

Cranked on stock keys most of the way, to clear the 32" 285/55R20 terragrapplers on 20x8.5 weld cheyenne 8's (still rubs slightly without trimmed liners)

It rode like crap so I picked up offset cognito tubular arms, and shock extensions (have stock length bilsteins on it) and the rear I replaced the stock shackles with sulastic shackles (takes some of the rough 3/4 ton unloaded harsh ride out of it)

I'd also recommend whatever you do get the cognito pitman/idler arm braces or something equivalent, really tightened up the steering. I also did my front end (balljoints/tierod ends/idler and pitman arms) around 95k with the moog problem solver stuff which tightened things up nicely.

Of course good luck finding much info on K2500 suburbans. The only saving grace is everything that works on our trucks is the same as the previous body style frame/suspension wise. gmt800-900 wise they're the same on 2500's. (I know the later pickups changed front ends and bolt patterns around 10/11 not positive on the suburbans)

Summit700 did you ever figure this out and get a lift kit? I just got a 2500 as well, same year and want to lift it also but only seem to see a 6" kit, might be a little too much for the wife to handle around town daily.

@undertaker how are those Sulastic shackles holding up?

Ironically i just ripped them out and couldnt be happier, complete waste of money i added additional washers to try and keep them from sliding left to right and letting the axle move laterally. To the point i was concerned about my front end and replaced idlers and pitmans with about 40k on them. Load capacity went to shit also. When i had about 2k lbs of wood flooring in the back the truck would sway and wiggle down the road.

Went back to the originals and am much happier. In a nutshell, do not buy, ride is softer, truck is unsafe.

@undertaker

Damn... thanks for saving me $450 !!

Were they better when new, and the bushings wore out prematurely? They're supposed to have a 10 year life...
