Light under outside mirrors

Both lights won't come on when I open door I can't find a fuse for it.. Is there an on/off switch or somthn??

My 05 Denali's lights only come on when it is dark enough that the headlights would come on. I can't remember if my 01 Suburban was that way or not.

It should be an option on your DIC. Parameter lights. The bulbs might be out too. These lights should come on day/night doesnt matter. This might be a good opportunity to switch them to LEDs. way brighter than stocks.
