Yes you can change the DRL bulb, just look at the part numbers listed below. However, if you want LEDs for the DRLs, just be aware that many have issues because the power supplied is 14V (if I recall correctly) versus typical 12V bulbs.
In the reverse lights, LEDs are not a problem but the light output is low compared to stock. The LEDs will look cool, but you may not be able to see out while backing up at night.
