I ordered some parts from them on 7/18. I received a follow up email with order#. 9 days have past and I have emailed them at least 6 times asking for a simple update, called them on 3 different occasions and left voicemails.......zero communication. Their customer service SUCKS! Has anyone else had such ****** lack of service from them?
