I ordered some parts from them on 7/18. I received a follow up email with order#. 9 days have past and I have emailed them at least 6 times asking for a simple update, called them on 3 different occasions and left voicemails.......zero communication. Their customer service SUCKS! Has anyone else had such ****** lack of service from them?

cancel order, get $ back, place complaint to BBB, move on..

Cancelled order just a few minutes ago. They better not even try to charge me a restocking fee. Just annoyed that they can't even reply to a simple email.

Haha I'm patient. I just don't like bait and switch tactics...when I checked out they said 24hr processing and shipped out within 48 hours.
