Locking diff available without Z71?

Can a dealer order a 2013 Tahoe 4WD LTZ with a locking rear?

As far as I've seen, you can get a G80 in about anything (granted that's what they're still using in NNBS? I'm not exactly up to date on them.)
I've had them in 2wd and 4wd S10's, my father's 2wd silverado, and my '99 Yukon.

Apparently, heavy duty locking diff is standard on all but LS, irrespective of 2WD or 4WD. See 5th item down in this link:
