So when deciding between the Denali or XL I would look at the fact that you have 3 kids. You always need 3 rear seats available. If the short WB came with a bench it would be a contender due to maneuvering it around town. But if it has captains in the second row I would say no. Having one third row seat up all the time is a pain and takes away way to much cargo space. I would go with the XL and enjoy the fact that you have a ton of space available whenever you need it. Also finding one with captains makes it easy to access the third row and not have the kids climbing on seats and such. That '07 XL looks nice I'm just not a fan of the white wrapped trim pieces. The 22's are my fav but tires may cost more than the 20's although I haven't researched that. I don't know if you need AWD but if you do make sure all of these have it and aren't 2wd versions. Like previously stated saving money up front may feel better in the beginning but could cost you more in the end. Post up some XLs that are local and let's see what's available.

Well I did a little searching for an XL in my area. I only could find 2 that were comparable to the ones I've found already. Most were either older styles, or too many miles

First and second link are the same. First link shows Price savings for the weekly special. Second link shows more pictures and details and also provides the carfax. 1 owner 89k on it. Only red flag for me was the torque converter was replaced @ 79k miles and the transmission solenoids were changed @ 80k miles. Sounds like possible transmission problems there trying to diagnose and fix? Also front wheel bearings were replaced @ 58k, vibration checked @ 80k and front calipers replaced @86K.

Thoughts? Car looks clean and has a lot of options on it.

Second vehicle is in the link below. Price might seem a bit high for the amount of miles on it. Nice color though and has the dark interior. 2010 should also have most of the factory options on it.

So it leaves those few I found locally pretty close to me, the black XL with CK375's thats about an hour drive from me and the red denali for 20,800 with 107k

Both the white and red xls are super nice looking rigs! The white one is a good price! Price is a bit high on the red xl but still looks like a nice rig! If they're local go check them out and drive them!

I believe the red one is listed right now @ $24,000 with 89,000 miles on it. Cyber special or something along them lines.

White one is pretty high I was thinking. 24k with 130,000 on it.

Oh ok gotcha. The mileage wasn't listed on the white one. If you can get the red one for 24k with 89000 miles that's a Damn good deal! And she looks clean! I'm very partial to that color! Lol.

Myself as well, or Pearl white. I don't know why buying a car has to be so damn hard. So many options! Either too much money or too many miles. I just need to find that one deal that smacks me in the face and I HAVE TO BUY IT!!

Just a thought and I'm spitballing as I know the truck buying frustration that is present.

There are lots of Denalis down here in Florida. Maybe do a quick comparison search on autotrader.com or cars.com just to see what there is in terms of pricing, miles and options in the two regions to see if what you are seeing is relatively in line (of course there may slight price variations due to location) with what you are seeing. Just .02 again. :)

Forgot to mention. S. Florida from Palm Beach to Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas are the biggest metro areas.

Damn you! haha. I just did a 200 mile radius search on cars.com from Miami FL. The vehicles there are priced a bit lower with the same miles. For 25k you can get a 2011 XL Denali loaded with 87k on it. Thats not bad. I wonder if there would be a better area to search for comparison.

Ill try palm beach and Fort Lauderdale but that should have been included in that 200 mile search?
