Call him or go look at them. Take a print out for each if he's not willing to budge on price.

I've called a few times. He seems pretty strict on price. Said he paid 29,000 for the black one and the best he can do is 31,900 on it.

Says they are all from the south and he pays quite a bit of money to have them shipped up here.

Well he can't expect people to overpay for vehicles. A vehicle is worth what it's worth. He's going to have a hard time selling cars that are overpriced.
