Is there any way to get a vehicle history report from a GM dealer based on VIN? Will a dealer be willing to do this??

Maybe there is someone on here who has not heard of carfax

GM can also pull up the records on any of their vehicles and tell you exactly what services were performed while under warranty. Best way in the world to spot a lemon. If it's been in and out of the shop for numerous or repeated problems, walk away real fast.

And don't let a salesman tell you they can't do this.
