Hello all, new here, been a tahoe/suburban fan all my life, as my uncles have had several when I was a kid. Now I'm looking for my own suburban for my family. I have seen a few out there most of them upwards of 180k miles which scares the crap out of me honestly. When I do find my truck what are common issues that I should be aware of, is 200k allot of miles for these trucks?, what should normally be addressed first. I'd mainly use the truck for family road trips maybe driving it 3 or 4 times in a 2,week time span to keep everything normal. Thanks to all that give input and my apologies if I posted in the wrong section

when looking at one (from a individual) the first thing I look at is how clean it really is. inside, outside, under the hood, and under the truck. a lot can be said about the condition of a ride by just how clean it is kept.

as far as what to address I would start with your normal wear items first. brakes, belt, plugs, wires, etc.
