looking for ideas on a lift and a shop in NYC Brooklyn that knows !!!

Sup everyone , I got an 02 Tahoe , looking to do a 2" or 4" lift and adding a steering stabilizer , dont need the over expensive nor the cheapest , looking to stay in the middle price wise,,,,any suggestions on a decent setup ? I also need a shop that knows to install these and all the details that go with it that a regular shop would overlook,,,thx,,,be well !!

for 2" lift you can do keys and spacers with bilstein 5100 shocks, 4" gonna need body lift or full suspension lift
