Loose hitch cover replaced under WARRANTY!!

Attached to this post is a link of my invoice where I complained that my hitch cover was loose and they replaced it under WARRANTY. The newer version of the hitch cover fixed the problem as you'll be able to see that the tabs which lock it in are longer and different than the one's we currently have. Good Luck!! I have not had one issue since it was replaced.

Thanks! Do we have to bring our whole vehicle there to get it replaced? We have a Tahoe AND an Escalade and would like to make 1 trip.

what year did this change go into effect? mine is super tight, i hate putting it on.

I believe it was changed in 2010. So basically this only affects years 07'-09'

wierd? my '09 LTZ cover was a ***** to remove as well? maybe an '09 change then? after reading this i saw 2 '08's with the left side of the cover almost out of the bumper, one was an Escalade the other a Denali (used car dealer)
