So I am looking to lower my 2010 Escalade, most likely a 2/4 kit, I need to replace both front shocks, since they are blown/leaking, so I'm looking to see what kits are available with a new front shock instead of buying new oem shocks, then buying the lowering kit??

this here (http://www.tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=106) is the kit I am looking at getting, but it specifies not for trucks with autoride, are these just a shorter shock to use with the factory spring?

my last truck was lowered on drop spindles, so getting the camber/caster angles was no big deal, will I have enough adjustment after lowering with shocks ?

ok so i fyou do that kit you will need resitors so you dont get a light on the dash.

if you do the full drop on the drop struts ie 2 or more you will need the camber kit.

In rear 3 or more i do the hardware kit and cut the brackets off the frame. THat way you get full travel.

Here is my escalade with that kit before i went 3/5. this was 2/3.5

Mine to is the 2/4. I just changed out my front struts a few days ago to KYB's from ebay for 67$ a piece. I also bought 5 2.2ohm 200w resistors for 10$. Soldered them to the old shock plugs and all has worked well for me. Next thing im doing is 24" replicas.

Les swob had no problem aligning mine too. They did say that the upper control arm adjustment bolts are known to brake but they didnt need to adjust them.

autoride or non autoride? For towing I have the correct helper bags with the kits I set up customers with. Just need to know if it's autoride then can go from there
