Hey all, I want to lower my 98 4 door tahoe a bit but I use it for towing at the same time. Is this possible to do? I am new to these trucks so I don't know who makes what for them. I was thinking of lowering the truck 2 inches all the way around so I keep some hight in the back for tounge weight. I am also looking for wheels for this thing but not finding what I want. I was thinking of using a 17 to 18 inch wheel that is either 9, 9.5 or 10 wide. Will something that wide fit? What and where do I need to look for this stuff. Any help would be great. Thanks

It's possible. I used spindles up front and shackles in the rear. Stock springs all around so the load capacity is the same as it was before. I will have to flip my ball on the receiver hitch if I tow to keep the trailer level ... I'm still running stock rims with big tires so I can't help ya there.
