lowering my 4wd yukon 2/3

Bought a 2/3 drop but I currently have some 26" wheels. Anyone know if cutting is required or how bad it rubs??

2/3 with 295 30 26 will be fine. Did you get the keys or spindles in front?

Also what number is on the rear springs?

Number on the springs? What do you mean by that? And also since I got the keys for the front was it better to get the spindles or what's the difference among the two?

part number on rear spring ie should be a part number on there. There are 2 different ones so hopefully they shot you the right one.

also keys in front for 2 inches is ok but ride suffers. For 2 inches i usually do spindles because ride is a lot better. keys for 1 inch is ok though but you save money by doing keys over spindles so it works either way to get 2 inches.

I have to check it out when I get a chance im currently out of town. But damn makes me want to get spindles for the front now.

The spindles will ride way better than the keys for a 2" front drop.

off topic but if you can put up some before / after pics that would be great! Still trying to decide if I want to do a drop or leave it as it sits.
