Ok, so I have a 02 2wd Tahoe without autoride. I'm running 305/35/24 Pirelli Scorpion tires and wanting a decent drop that's not going to kill the ride quality too much. I've looked at quite a few posts but don't understand the options. I do believe that a 2/3 drop is where I want to end up but anyone with the same truck/wheel size please give me some advice... This is my daily driver so bouncy rides and camber issues are not an option and I need to make sure I have all the parts to do it right the first time. Sorry for being long winded but I wanted to put all of my cards out on the table up front to ensure the best advice from you all, the pros!

2/3 is your best bet for ride quality..
you will want spindles or re-indexed torsion keys for the front
spindles will give you a 2" drop and has been said to be a better ride quality than keys
keys will allow you to adjust the height
find some decent drop shocks like Bilsteins for the front and you are good

as for the rear you will need to get a shorter coil
I don't know too much about 2/3 drops but I love the ride quality of my Belltech 4" coil
PM DJM DIRECT he will have the best ride quality options for you on the coils
then some drop shocks for the rear and you will be set for your drop

you might have to trim the rear bump stop for better ride quality but thats not hard to do

so after my long winded post, PM DJM DIRECT and he will hook you up on prices and the best ride quality parts

you shouldn't rub with those tires, I barely rub with 295/35/24's and a 4/6 drop

hope this helps! :)
