LS2 Headers on 01 Hoe block

I've seen around where some people have managed to put LS2 headers from the 05-06 GTO models onto their 2000-2006 model Tahoes...now I know many of the parts in LS family are interchangeable but has anyone here done or have any experience on this? Considering going this route versus regular long tube headers just to try something different and more challenging/fun.

From what I here certain long tubes are challenging anyway (ones meant for the truck) but goodluck and I'm interested to see the outcome

Bleh, just get a set of proper fitting headers. Aka speed engineering.
Find something else to be challenged with like Swapping in a L92 heads and a LSA blower on a LQ4 shortblock.
