Can I make this work with my 2004 tahoe? What will be needed?

Late to the party on this one. The biggest obstacle will be getting the 58t crank wheel to work with your PCM that designed for a 24t wheel. I think Lingenfelter makes a device to make it plug and play but it's not exactly cheap. I believe the knock sensors are located in a different place on the block as well. It can work, just depends how much time/money you want to spend to get it.

I appreciate the post. Had a line on the motor for a good deal. But don't want to throw a ton, so that by the time I am done I could have built my motor and naught supercharger
