Hey im new to the forums....I have a 2010 tahoe and Im looking at getting stainless works LT headers that goes into a true dual with straight pipes, or flowmaster super 10's im not sure yet. but there's a link below of what im talking about...

I have the option of getting high flow cats or getting off road pipes. I cant decide. Im hoping that if i go with the high flow catted pipes that the check engine light wont be staring me in face every time i drive it. But if i go catless, which is like 400 bucks cheaper i know i will have to get a tuner to turn off the downstream o2's. As for Arizona emissions, MVD clearly states that vehicles of models 2008 or newer are exempted for emissions testing so im not concerned about that.

No cats = best flow but loud and smell like $hit. Your def gonna need a tune to eliminate codes. There's a O2 sensor behind cats on the stock exhaust that will be empty if you go with the y pipe.

You need to tune either way if upgrading exhaust. Only way to take full advantage of the better flow.
