LTZ Lift and Auto Ride Removal

I am wanting to lift my 08 Tahoe LTZ 4x4 with Auto Ride 6"-8" and I know that there are plenty of kits out there that allow you to keep all the auto ride by using spacers to get the added height but what I am actually wanting to do is I want to get rid of the Auto Ride system and go with a replacement coil over for the front and full springs with aftermarket none Auto Ride rear shocks as well... Does anyone know anyone that has tried to remove the auto ride system if so what all is affected besides just the auto ride some people are telling me its tied into the abs... etc... any suggestions or ideas??? Also I dont really want the service auto ride light on on the dash all the time either is there anyway to get around this... any input at all would be great thanks
