Is installing a magnaflow dual exhaust worth installing on my 2004 Yukon XL Denali. Will I gain MPG, HP and just all around better performance. I know the get better air flow will help with all of the above. I have also installed a cold air K&N air intake system trying to get more air flow and I also installed those new pulse plugs that have a small capacitor in them and it gives the Yukon a better spark so they say. Right away when I installed the K&N, Pulse plugs, and Upgraded to 10mm wires and caps. My highway miles showed 25MPG and 20MPG in the city. Note I was getting these performance points when I had my 23" rims on it with 305\40\23 Kuhmo STX tires on them. It is running excellent still and I'm looking for new way to get better mileage out of that pig. I'm still getting 25MPG and 20 city. One day I had a 20 mile an hour back wind and I was teetering on 29 to 30 MPG and that made me feel great because before all of my Mods I got 16MPG City and 12MPG city now I'm practically doubling the mileage. Take Care. Will I get more from the Magna Flow??

I do believe I detect the distinct smell of male bovine excrement.

Exhaust provides little to no performance value. Also, if your speedo has not been calibrated for your larger wheels/tires, your DIC will be very off (I assume that is where you are pulling your MPGs).

I know this my sound like BS but trust me its not.

X2 ^^^^

Also Who makes 23 inch rims?

I know they are an oddball size try finding rubber that size to put on them. Gianelle makes 23 inch rims because I have them in my garage. Look it up on the internet you can find the wheels. I like Michael Jordan so I went with the 23's, Also check out pulse plugs they are suppose to be the latest and greatest?

My diameter of my stock wheels and my new rims and wheels are of by .75 inch. My Factory rims are 275/65/17 and my new ones are 205/40/23 is you match them up they will be almost the exact same height.

With your set up now with the 23s, when your speedometer reads 60 MPH, your actual speed is 62.9 MPH.
