I have seen videos on youtube. Seems a good way is to use paint stripper on them and reclear them?

like paint stripper? thats interesting , I guess it takes off the factory coating, why not buy a can of clear coat?

yes paint stripper, it will peel off the bad factory clear coat on the wheels.

I wouldn't bother with a new clear coat. Just keep them polished.

I think i will just leave em bare metal. Its not like aluminum is gonna rust. Ive also had mixed feeling about getting some big chrome 22s
