manual tans swap

I have a 96 Yukon with a 3 inch body and about a 17 inch suspension lift and 46" military tires. Truck has the 5.7L with the 4L60E trans and np241-c transfer case. wanting to convert to a manual trans. any ideas? something with about a 1 to 1 ratio in high gear since i can't use my overdrive on my auto. which has a .70 in 4th and 1.00 in 3rd. running a 5.56 gears in axles any other info needed to help with suggestions ask thanks

the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Venture_Gear_4500_transmission would be best for you. 5 speed with overdrive. really deep reverse gear. only catch is finding one. So popular that people get them form yards quickly and resell them at high prices.
