I had to tear into the dash so I could undo a mess a former audio installer made *sigh*... but first, I'm cleaning up and re-wrapping the harness where accessible as long as everything is taken apart. They are currently well warn tape, gooey slime, and dried out foam crap everywhere.

Question 1: There are a couple items I cannot identify where to buy or what the are called though.
  • Foam adhesive on rubbing areas of harness. What is this? Where can I buy it or a suitable substitute? I'm assuming it's to keep down friction and rattling is on areas that are not clipped down.

  • Little Gray plastic clips. I always wondered where a person gets these sorts of things. They're always broken but never know where to buy them.
