Been meaning to start this for a while. Bought the Tahoe in august of 2011 it was a fromer Enterprise rental that was traded into the dealer. LT with Bose system, 4wd, leather, third row seat.

The intial things I did were tint, swapped out high, low and fog lights to Recon 5,600 xenon bulbs and interior lights and license plate lights to LED from HID guy (still not happy with the license plate bulbs out of the 5 LED's per bulb only one per bulb works and they'r both different ones).

Debadged the back, but still have the bowtie due to the dreaded three holes.

Wheels and tires, I didn't get what I was looking for but got mine off craigslist for $1,000 so cant really complain. The tires ar General Grabber red Letters (33x12.5x17) and the wheels are 17' eagle alloys, flat black with polished faux bead lock, no center caps though, but thats an easy fix for anoher day.

Going with wheels that wide I had some rubbing, so a rancho quick-lift was added (2.5"). still needed some minor trim trimming but all is mostly well now. When I back down the driveway and turn the wheel just right something rubs.

Had a local shop make up a catback flowmaster 50 series system, 3" out with 4" tip. Kinda sounds diesel like when I rip it at freeway speed so I'm thinking of getting a smaller tip maybe like the volants.

Removed the roof rack, but I still havent filled the stock threaded holes, another work in progress. I'm looking to find the trees to push into them and paint match them.

Plastidipped the horrible wood grain trim, I handled them too soon so they're a little scuffed on some pieces, but I still have a second can sitting around and can redo it.

Demolded and debadged the rest of the truck and love it.

Volant cold air intake added after the Black Bear results came out. Ebay prices rule sometimes.

And just this past weekend (07/13/12) ordered an autocal, and I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve night waiting for Santa Justin.

I'm going to add the pictures as I refind them for each of these and all the future stuff.

Started thinking crazy today and I'm contemplating the retrofit source setup for my low beams and maybe fog lights then just through HIDs in the highs no projector for maximum brightness.

Little less get up an go especially up the hills, but was taking it easy because I was on a two lane super windy road, got amazing gas mileage though, haven't gone trough the whole tank but probably going to see 540 miles out of it which isn't to shabby with 33's. Just can't wait to get home. My autocal is waiting for me.
