Anyone have any tips on how to remove the Mid Bussed Electrical Center? I'm trying to finish the replacement of the Front Parking Break Cable, and have been stuck here for two weekends now. I've tried working around it, pulling the plug directly into the Parking Break Lever Assemblyand that doesn't work, so I need to figure this MBEC out.

So far I can only locate one single white tab located on the bottom right of the grey fuse assembly, but when I have the tab unhooked, it still feels like it's being held in place by a screw. When I looked down a hole near the single tab, after removing all the fuses, it looked like there may be some sort of torx bit down there but I dont have anything small and skinny and long enough to reach it and find out.

As always, thanks for any tips or input folks.

unknown at this time.
uh, there is no Mid Bussed Electrical Center. at least not in yours anyway. are you saying that the fuse block or convenience center or bulkhead connector is in the way of the cable?

Maybe this will help then:

Appears the image link is finicky. I think you are right about the Convenience Center. Any way to remove? It's not in the way of the wire, it's blocking my removal of the parking lever assembly so I can connect the front cable correctly.
