Middle Dome/Climate Control Unit Help

Does anyone know how to take down the middle dome/climate control module of an 02 Yukon? Thanks in advance! I am only able to get the front part down which just slides in and out. Any help is appreciated!

You pull out the AC controls, then there is access to the screws which hold the whole pod in.
