Hmmm, i keep trying the link on my phone and it keeps coming up as a blank pdf file that auto downloads. Doesnt even go to a website. Is is supposed to do that?

Just got the call, Vehicle arrived at the dealership. Planning pickup Thurs or Friday.
For the record: Ordered Dec 2021, Built 4/2022, arrived at Midloathian 4/13/22, Shipped to Arlington TX 8/15/22, Window Sticker generated around 9/1/22, Arrived at dealership 9/20/22.
This happened to us on one of our acadias we ordered many years ago. We ordered the brown and got all black interior. The dealership offered to cancel the transaction or give us 2000 dollars off. We took the money knowing we weren’t keeping the car long. Unfortunately, times are different now and they may think they have the upper hand since someone will buy it if you pass.Need some advice... Yukon arrived at the dealership on Monday, was going to pick it up today until they text messaged me pictures - It's not even the interior color that we ordered. We ordered the Jet Black with Brownstown option, and what was delivered was just jet black. They confirmed that the what we had originally ordered (on paper) was JB and brownstone, but somewhere along the way it was changed. Dealer has offered no remediation options... what would you do, and is there another avenue to escalate this? Wife does not want the jet black

If she’s really set on that interior maybe order another (24 refresh ?) and drive this one till ready? We are doing that currently- bought a 23 until we can hopefully order what we want plus benefit from refresh. I can only assume prices for trade ins will still remain steady so shouldn’t take a big loss .I already asked for a price reduction, and obviously they said no.
October 15? Are they driving it in reverse the whole way to your location?Update for me: truck is on the rails, currently in Dallas on VIN View. ETA 10/15.

What does the window sticker say? If it says Jet Black w/ Brownstone but the interior is just Jet Black then you could try to get GM Corporate involved (good luck) and talk about remediation for a mis-build. If the window sticker matches what the rig has then it's between you and the dealer and it sounds like they are not offering anything so it's a take it or leave it situation. Unfortunately we are in a climate where dealers don't have to work for your business and someone else will walk in and buy what you passed on in the next 24 hours...Need some advice... we have the same build date, and I honestly don't know if I'll take it or not, or wait for my 23 to be built Oct 8th
