Misfire #7 cylinder

I booked up obd2 and came up with misfire # 7 cylinder and throttle position sensor! I replaced the spark plugs and wires and same problem! I was told it could be injector problem! Also when I took #7 spark plug off it was wet could not tell if it was oil cause it smelled like fuel! If you can help I would appreciate it!

Also something I forgot to mention it's runs like it's missing and also I switched coil #1 with #7 I tried reading codes but I gotta run it cause I cleared them!

Make sure you run a compression test on the cylinder too. Inadequate compression = no fire.
