misfire cyl 6..96 yuk 5.7...?? underlying issue?

ok code is coming up misfire in cyl 6. wich is causing it to run rich on bank 1 and making it idle higher than normal wich is a pain in the ass in the snow when it wants to just go!

anyways what ive read and what im thinkin......Dirty/Bad injector?
if it was a hanging valve ide have a backfire. but if its a shity injector or dirty injector why is it running rich like its just blowing out raw fuel? im hesitant to take it back wehre i bought it seeing there mechanic changed the idle control sensor and now my throttle body is sticky as hell. dummy prob tightned it down to much. idk what do you guys think??????

inspect dizzy cap and wire and plug for issues before going after the whole injector assembly. and what exact codes did you have?

bank right to rich

Check the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor first. Swap the plug and wire to a different cylinder and see if it switches to that cylinder.

I don't think it would be rich if the injector was bad. You have a spark issue.

I'd get it fixed before the catalytic converter clogs up with fuel.

i know its the intake mani gasket. its pulling coolant in the cylinder. there is a white brown crusty build up wich is the brown(red) color of the coolant extended milage. the white is from calcium build up wich is what is left over of the coolant in the cylinder. the place i bought it from should take care of it but its just getting it over there to get it worked on i cant afford to miss two day of work to have it sit in there shop.
