Monroe Shocks

I found a set of 4 shocks on Craigslist, Monroe reflex. He said they were never installed. They look to be in new condition. I looked up the part numbers on the Monroe website and it said that they are for a 2001-2003 1500hd.

My question, will these fit in my 2002 Tahoe 4wd LT and what kind of performance can i expect from them? How will the "HD" effect the ride quality?

HD is going to make you ride like a truck. I would really make sure length wise you don't go too long. I tried to stuff 3/4 ton KYB monomax shocks on my Tahoe and they were so compressed I would have only had 1" of travel and I was not going to run out and by a lift or big keys. Now almost two years later I am high enough where I need the big boy shocks.
