Moog ball joint issues with cv shaft?

So we did the ball joints this weekend. Uppers and lowers as well as new cv shafts on both sides. I have a 96 4x4 hoe. The thing is that the abs ring on the new shaft scrapes the top of the ball joint. Has this ever happened to anyone? The ball joints are the right size, and the cvs are brand new (no remans)

Also, the abs light seems to stay lit while I'm driving as well. Which has never happened before. It goes on a bit after I start driving.
