MOOG upper control arm

Does anyone know if the CK80942 upper control arm for my 2003 Tahoe require me to Grease the ball joint after installation. Installing this weekend and this part just isnt clear to me. I have tried researching and can not seem to find a clear answer.

Yes, you need to grease it. It come pre-greased, but not enough. Grease that zerk!!!! FIll until you see some bulging, but overly done. Most Moog boots have an overflow port where excess grease can get released to aboid bursting the boot from over-pressure. Make sure that port is INBOARD (pointing towards the frame of the vehicle) so the excess will not fall in to the rotor.
