motor replacement cost seems too low.

Hello, I have a 04 yukon xl with a 5.3 thats hydrolocked. My insurance is going to replace the motor but their labor estimate seems low. can anyone confirm if this is right?

remove/replace engine assy Labor 6.1
remove/replace evacuate & recharge AC Labor 1.4
Replace AC refrigerant recovery Labor 0.3
Diagonsis Labor 1.0
Body (dont know why) Labor 0.3

So the Total to remove and replace the 5.3 motor is 9.1 man hours at a cost of $587.00 @ $65 a hour for mechanical and $50 for the .3 hours of body

This seems like a very low labor estimate to replace this motor or is this the going rate?

The motor itself they are paying just under $1300

We usually see 8-10 hrs to R/R engines. But these motors are easy to do.

In my area the local garage charges 500.00 labor to take the old one out and drop a new one in.
