so right before Christmas I replaced the left bank upstream O2 sensor and truck ran fine till a week and a half ago while I was on a business trip.
I get home and take to have codes read and says MAF is bad with random misfires.
Replace MAF and take it back to have codes read says MAP sensor was bad, so had them clear codes and the battery craps out 7 year old Optima no complaints there.
Replaced MAP with no change in running rough.
Remove and replace Plugs gapped @ .040 and new wires and ran good for awhile and started to get rougher throughout the day, so wife says let's have alternator checked and it says the starter is bad so that's on the list now.
Also had had codes re-read and now says TPS, Pedal Postion Sensor, and another one related to the TB.
So can a bad starter or alternator cause these sensors to go bad/give faulty readings???
Just don't think I could possibly have sensor after sensor go bad. An li,e I said it ran good for awhile after plugs and wires. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I'm no mechanic, but your multiple issues could be stemming from that bad alt. Our trucks go crazy without the right voltage, wreaking all kinds of havoc. Bad battery, alt or bad grounds. Have you replaced the alt yet? How's your grounds?

Haven't replaced starter yet trying to find the best price but all my connections seem good trucks starts like a champ. An the test wouldn't go past starter phase. The instrument cluster doesn't show any indications that the Alternator is bad, but I did replace it many years ago. So should I replace alternator first?

A bad cell in a battery can wreak havoc with the electrical system and cause all kinds of false codes. Check and re-check all your battery cables and grounds too. If these things are still happening, look to replace the ECM, but first get a proper diagnosis with a bi-directional scan tool like the Tech-2. It can usually pin-point the problem and tell you what's going on.

I checked all the ground straps I could find/trace and themselves good removed the Alternator and had it checked an they sad it was good. Reinstalled the alternator drove it around and then back to the Zone for code clearing and drove it around with no issues. Double checked the positive cable and put a half turn on it. Crossing fingers for now.
