Awhile ago on TF, I posted about my dad's Denali project - his friend wants his 1996 Ford Bronco to drive like a Denali/Escalade, therefore he wanted the transmission and everything. Since the transmission needs all of the Denali's wiring harnesses and stuff, they are also going to add the Denali's dash and interior. I thought maybe you guys would like to see some of the pictures. The project is not even halfway done but there is progress:

Purchased a totaled 2008 Denali, came like this:

I think so far, they have just welded the firewall into the Bronco. The firewall is what holds the dash in place.:

Also thought you guys might wanna see the Denali as it is now. It has been removed off the frame/transmission and everything.

Just thought this would be an interesting post for everyone to look at. Oh and sometime in the future I will have Denali pieces for sale, like upper/lower grille and a few interior things. :)

Excuse the crappy pictures, they're off my iPhone but I can take some with my camera if that's fine.

Wheres the roof racks, I think he should send em to me.

On my Tahoe. The right side is scratched but you can't tell unless you study it.

interesting project but in a turd?

Yes, unfortunately.

It was bought solely for this project, in fact they were really looking for an Escalade but found this. They didn't keep it because the 2 other men involved (my dad's friend and the guy behind this) have NBS Denali's anyways.

looks like this is kinda like the project they did at Street Customs when they aired a show merging a 1969 GTO body onto a 2006 GTO frame. They even replicated the 06 interior inside...it was sick

If you remember, they had a VERY hard time trying to combine the two.

Your old man has got his hands full with this project.
